I am new in the area and I am trying to find people to run. You are definitely in way better shape I am. I am running 10 km in 45′ and 20 km in slightly less than 2h. I run 40ish km a week increasing slowly and my goal is trail running as I am more a mountaineering than a athlete. But I would love to run with people in the area. Maybe you are not looking for partners but you know where I can find more people.

bin schon tief beeindruckt.
Hatte mir zwar etwas mehr Rezepte erhofft…
Meinem Junior darf man nur nicht das Grünkernchilli-Bild zeigen, sonst…
Anderen Bilder sind schon imponierend.
Auch wenn deine Seite doch etwas an Aktualität vermissen lässt.
